Ode to Mr. Easly - by Roman

4/4/2015

He was bald. His voice boomed like a great kettle drum. He brought history to life. Such is the legacy of the much beloved Mr. Easley. This was the man that made neolithic and paleolithic terms to be used in everyday conversation. Alas, one of the truely gifted teachers with a passion for their trade has passed into that good night. But as Frost put it, I like to think he did indead "rage against the dying of the light!" Fairwell Mr. Easley as you become part of the history you so loved.
